Why are Home Prices Decreasing?

The past couple years buyers have been able to take advantage of record low interest. Now that rates are much higher, we are seeing much less buyer activity. Higher rates, less buyer activity, along with fear around inflation, are all reasons why home prices are continuing to drop!
