Hey all, I’m Zach McDonald, your real estate agent with Real Property Associates, and today we’re going to take a look at the top 10 condo sales in King County from 2022.

We are essentially looking at just the top 10 sales from Seattle and Bellevue, but we do have one that snuck in off of Lake Samish, and it’s aqua. All right, number 10 on our list is at the one 11 building, Unit 8E. I love the dues on this one, $2,328 a month in condo dues. That’s just for fun. It has three beds, 2.25 baths, and 2,764 square feet. After 200 days on the market, this beautiful unit sold for $3,330,000. Number nine on our list is at the Point Elliot building, 1661 Harbor Avenue Southwest, Unit 60. It has three beds, 3.25 baths, 4,057 square feet, and sold for $3,400,000.

All right, our guest star from Aqua Washington is number eight at the Bella Mira Condominium Estates. It has three beds, 2.25 baths, 3,118 square feet, and a $3.5 million price tag. We’re heading back over to Bellevue for number seven on our list at the Bellevue Towers Unit 3902. These condo dues are great, $2,576 a month. It has three beds, 3.5 baths, and 3,588 square feet, all for only $4,450,000. Number six on our list takes us across the lake to Seattle at 2061 in Madison Park. It has a $4,450,000 price tag, same as the previous one, and features three beds, 3.5 baths, and 3,479 square feet. Additionally, it has beautiful HOA dues of $2,422 per month.

We’ve got five left on our list, and we’re heading back over to Bellevue. We’ve got this nice back and forth going, and we’re in the Bellevue Towers yet again. Unit number 4004 sold for $4,500,000. It’s just up from our previous units and has two beds, 2.5 baths, and 3,370 square feet, and sold in only nine days. Number four on our list brings us back over to Seattle in the 1521 Second Avenue project. Unit number 3500 has beautiful views of the Puget Sound. It features two beds, 2.25 baths, and 2,602 square feet. After 294 days on the market, it sold for $4,700,000.

We’ve got three left on our top 10 condo sales list, and we’re at the 1521 building Unit 3702. This one, ah, didn’t quite break 5 million, but we got close. $4,826,500. Two beds, 2.25 baths, 2,600 square feet. We’re staying in the same building here in Seattle 1521 building. We did break the $5 million mark here, unit 3 8 0 2, sold for $5,250,000, two beds, 2.5 baths, 2,778 square feet. The Millennium Tower has all the bragging rights this year though because they hold the number one most expensive condo sale in all of King County Unit 20023 beds, 3.25 baths, 4,044 square feet, and buy a long shot, the highest sales price at $7,150,000.
