Some people should not buy a house. I know, shocking to hear this from a real estate agent!

But it’s true. There ARE reasons not to buy a home. In this post, I share a brief exchange I had with a would-be buyer’s overzealous family member and explain why this person, and maybe you, should not buy a house right now.
