Seattle Real Estate Predictions for 2017

Call me crazy, but I don’t see the Seattle real estate market cooling down in 2017.

Supply is still at record lows and demand remains high. If inventory remains low like it has over the past few years and interest rates don’t skyrocket, we can count on another year of steep price increases.
