Buying A House In Seattle Step #6 | Due Diligence
The sixth step to buying a house in the Seattle area is what I call the due diligence phase. At this point, your offer has already been accepted and all efforts are directed towards closing on the sale of your new home. This period is commonly known as escrow.
You will conduct any inspections that are agreed upon in the contract and work with your lender to secure financing. I will work behind the scenes after the contract is signed, serving as your own personal real estate project manager.
